How long does it take for a hat to be made?

Since all of our hats are handmade, our delivery time usually falls between 12 and 14 weeks under normal circumstances.

What specific materials are used?

I really like this hat I've seen in a picture/movie/tv show, but I don't see one like it on your site.  Could you make one like it?
